The PYTHEAS NAVIGATION project, led by the company of the same name, aims to develop a second generation surgical navigation device for spine surgery, simple to use, compact, affordable and reducing patients' exposure to X-rays. Supported and certified by Eurobiomed, funded by the World Innovation Competition (CMI phase 2 – 2017), the project closed successfully in December 2021. It enabled PYTHEAS NAVIGATION to obtain its CE marking in October 2023 and subsequently launch its marketing in Europe.
