C4Diagnostics – Marseille – C4Diagnostics develops innovative tests to diagnose viruses and bacteria responsible for infectious diseases in humans. Its rapid and sensitive in vitro diagnostic tests make it possible to respond to public health challenges such as the management of epidemics. C4Diagnostics responded to the pandemic by developing a range of diagnostic solutions to detect the coronavirus on surfaces, in the air and wastewater. A saliva screening test in humans is also in clinical trials for CE marking planned for the end of 2020.

“In 2020, we committed to the fight against Covid-19 alongside the Bataillondes Marins-Pompiers de Marseille by analyzing more than 10,000 samples in our P2 laboratory. We also support companies in different industrial sectors to secure their premises and protect their staff by implementing Covid-19 monitoring systems adapted to each site. The entire team was fully mobilized to develop in record time a range of diagnostic solutions to detect the coronavirus in the environment and in humans, thus making our contribution to the management of this pandemic,” Younes Lazrak, President of C4Diagnostics
